Summary
Responsible for development plans and activities in correlation with all parties strategically to achieve revenue targets. Assure guidelines and implementation of sales training and education about all financial services products. Define accurate forecast of target revenue and Works closely with other partners department to achieve the revenue goals.
Responsibilities
* As the Ancillary Services Program Manager - Product Team, you are accountable for driving revenues goals yearly while increase the customer base enrolled on this services, meeting the department production and quality goals, as well as playing a key role in meeting company-wide profitability and customer satisfaction goals; * Develop and manage of marketing communications, including campaigns to promote the ancillary services product including analysis of competitive data for campaigns up to their actions plans measured through KPI or scorecard system. The definition of the whole lifecycle of product development to ensure metrics of growth of business. * Assist with the training and education of the professional staff regarding the claim-activation process, changes in regulations, trends, and effective safety and loss control practices * Provide day-to-day technical guidance for staff claims, including mentoring and coaching support staff on claims regulatory issues. * Analyze individual job performance to determine training needs * Deliver educational materials and seminars to meet the training needs. Provide input to Claim Manager for Performance Evaluations. * Act as backup to Claims Supervisor in his/her absence, as needed and as requested. * Manage caseload distribution and oversee appropriate case assignments. * Because you are in contact with employees, customers, and vendors, and in a key position for guaranteeing their satisfaction, your position requires confidentiality, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism. * With Strong experienced team to support the growth and new business of the Company **Essential Functions: (Bullet point)** **Design and Administrative** * Identify opportunities for growth with the organization business plan * Coordinate with all Company’s Teams to produce a benchmark related to AGP product, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates as well identify new opportunities. * To work with developers (MIS) to Project Manage the delivery of the programming the source of information for the AGP issues-projects related to any marketing initiative and it’s tracking results. * Enforce technical review procedures for monitoring and evaluation of case management abilities of all AGP Claim Representatives. Monitors performance on AGP and AMP programs to ensure the best and fair practices are met. * Implement and review compliance with all reporting procedures, such as month-end reports, activation- claim review forms, customers enrolled, percentage of attrition, cancellations, special reporting request from Top Management and other as needed. * Maybe required to carry a minimal caseload. Job responsibilities for case management can be found in the AGP_Claims Representative job description. * Communicate effectively individual performance objectives and measures. Monitor ongoing progress and take corrective action as necessary. Drive employee performance and development planning including succession planning. * Assist Claim Representatives in preparation for activations-claims reviews, legal staffing and attend meetings with Claim Representatives and Client as necessary. * Participate as a key player in the Production Team by supporting operations as needed. * Communicate effectively any updated related to AGP and AGP PLUS with the Customer Service Manager, the Sales Team, the Collection Team, the MIS team, the Credit Team and the Advertising Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales objectives and client objectives are met. * Follow systems and procedures outlined in the company manuals. * Physical presence in Office in time is required * Performs all above under potentially high stress, deadline-oriented atmosphere. * Other duties as assigned

Make suggestions to improve efficiency and overall service to clients. **Education/Experience** * College * Minimum three years activations-claims experience **Language Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both language English and Spanish (proficiency could be evaluated upon request). * Ability and willingness to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. **Mathematical** * Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. **Reason Ability** * Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. **Physical Demands** **Equipment and Supplies** * Clean and maintain equipment and work area following maintenance procedures, and update maintenance logs. * Maintain a clean and well-organized work area. **Work Environment** * The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. * Intensive computer work and extended use of the computer keyboard and mouse. * Exposure to ink fumes, chemical fumes, and airborne particles such as paper dust and drying powder. * Work area may have fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. * Occasional overtime. * Noise level is usually moderate to loud. * Fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule and priority changes. * Occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.
