Responsibilities
- Produce and manage print & digital retouching, color correction, file conversation and pre-media production projects and workflow. - Responsible for file setup which meets the required technical specifications supplied by vendors and creative team direction. Manage all logo requests from the clients. - Operates and integrates digital equipment at an advanced level using a wide range of application software on multiple platforms. - Work collaboratively with the digital team to produce, optimize and output final digital content to support site updates and new launches. - Manage image & job archiving, servers, ad & font library and digital asset management systems with Account Services, Digital and Creative team. - Serves as a key production contact throughout all phases of content development, design and deployment for digital products. - Research and implement the latest technology and operational workflows that will drive print and digital production processes forward with results of an overall reduction in production expenses. - Partner with Digital teams to support integrated marketing programs (HTML emails, banners, social sites) to ensure new products and features support and enhance cross-platform content strategies. - Manage the print production of certain projects and participate in special assignments as needed. Work with external staffing agencies and vendors to ensure projects are competitively priced and scheduled. - Partner with Account Services, Creative, Digital and Video teams to develop and support best job processes associated to developing and producing print, digital and video projects internally and externally. - Serves as a direct liaison between the Account, Creative, Digital teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of clients' product. Coordinate all phases of production and distribution of client's product while ensuring adherence to the specifications and project requirements. - Serve as the primary department contact for on-boarding and technical support. Train team members and employees in job initiations systems and department workflows. - Support and develop workflows with the Account Services team associated to task management, trafficking and online proofing to support business operations, including database set-up, file conversion, file management and automated scripts. - Develops plans, designs and implements workflows, tracks and reports on quality metrics, strategize with Catalyst team to deliver services which meet company's standards and client's requirements.
Ideal Candidate
Basic Qualifications: - 7-9 years experience working in a creative services corporate department, entertainment and/or agency within a print and digital production environment. - Bachelor's Degree Additional Qualifications: - Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and Microsoft Office Suite with advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote. - Proven working knowledge of all application software relevant to the process used in print and digital production. - Fundamental understanding of user experience as a prerequisite for creating customer-oriented products. - Working knowledge of Adobe Digital Publishing Suite (DPS), Web and App development a plus. - Knowledge of the latest developments in responsive design, content management tools, digital asset management and modern digital production best practices. - Ability to translate design comps into HTML emails, while exhibiting an awareness of current web design practices and issues of cross-browser compatibility a plus. - Extensive experience working with print and digital vendors in competitive pricing. - Self-starter who possesses creative instincts; solid conceptual thinker; problem solver; innovator. - Proven ability to manage production staff and build consensus among a diverse set of team members. Must be detail oriented and have outstanding time and project management skills in order to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Must have the ability to work independently and be a team player. - Strong technical and creative communication, teamwork and problem solving skills with the ability to collaborate with designer, copywriters, developers, programmers and project managers. - Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills including the ability to provide guidance to highly technical professionals, creative professionals, and executive management - Experience working on customer-facing digital production initiatives for entertainment, content and/or entertainment technology brands a plus.
