Summary
We are seeking a Channel Sales Programs Specialist, focusing on Client Computing Devices (CCD), based in our Sunnyvale CA offices. This role is responsible for planning,implementation and communication of channel marketing business development initiatives that support the Fujitsu PC Channel Business. Provide pre- and post-sale marketing support to distributors, DMRs and resellers, as well as Fujitsu channel sales staff. Collaborate with channel teams and product managers to leverage global programs and content, creatively communicate to channel audiences, and regularly provide marketing activity reports. Work individually or with a team in recommending, planning and managing projects to completion. Interacting directly with our channel partners in the processing of their claims and providing support with their marketing efforts. Collaborate with channel support to track program claims, forecast expenses and prepare ROI reports.
Responsibilities
* Create product-related marketing campaigns and sales kits for resellers, working with our graphic marketing team. Edit or recraft global-created messaging for US B2B audiences. * Manage Product-specific deliverables for annual Distribution and DMR marketing plans, based on product strategies. * Provide Reseller support on mobile marketing plan execution and reimbursement. * Support Mobile Channel sales staff and partners on product questions, program ideas and general messaging. * Present Fujitsu Channel program to new Mobile partners. * Conduct competitive channel program analysis and provide recommendations for new and existing programs. * Host monthly Channel Mobile webinar, coordinating product manager presenters. * General reseller account support.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, internally and externally * Follow pre-established processes and recommend improvements * Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint presentations * Technically savvy using mobile computing products a plus. Comfortable with using online portals * Understanding of a channel model versus direct model * Business Development Experience is required * Previous experience working as a team with Product Marketing * 9-12 years of experience
