Search Engine Marketing Manager

Commissions, Inc. (“CINC”) is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, real estate technology company. CINC has received numerous awards for its growth and culture. CINC provides a CRM platform and related tools for top-performing residential real estate agent teams to manage leads resulting in more closings. Additionally, CINC provides digital advertising services to drive leads to its clients’ websites. CINC sells its services on a month-to-month subscription basis.

The SEM Manager is focused on lead generation and management of pay-per-click advertising campaigns for our residential real estate clients.

* Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels including Google and Bing * Build and optimize client campaigns to maximize conversions and demonstrate ROI * Implement strategies for increasing traffic and conversions through paid media outlets * Monitor trends and developments within the real estate industry * Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client through regular calls and emails

* 1-3 years of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience * Experience managing paid search (PPC) accounts to include Google, Bing, etc. * Experience managing multiple accounts and campaigns * Experience managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns * Experience with automated bidding * Experience with Microsoft Excel – Intermediate to advanced user (pivot tables and v-look up) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to include ability to communicate digital concepts to a non-technical audience * Proven analytical and critical thinking skills * SEO, Social Media Advertising, Google Analytics and AdWord script development experience is a plus
