Summary
This position is responsible for leveraging cutting edge technology such as marketing automation, predictive analytics, and integrated enterprise applications to enable the discovery of profiles for ideal customers, target prospects who are most likely to buy, work to shorten sales life cycles, and increase overall efficiency of campaign efforts within Marketing.
Responsibilities
* Leverage data from predictive marketing software, marketing automation software and web analytics software to analyze, discover markets, and acquire customers and measure success for their area of campaign focus such as SMB, Enterprise, Verticals, Services, Partner specific Marketing Efforts or Digital Marketing Campaigns. * Simultaneously serve business units noted above by providing: * Ad hoc strategic and tactical marketing analyses * Ad hoc reporting and data for effective decision making * ROI analyses for initiatives and activities * Business case analyses to support new initiatives and activities * Support activities of various channels including Web traffic, Paid Search, Display Ads, etc. by analyzing data to make recommendations. * Manage fast-changing business priorities while working closely with Marketing Managers and other department managers * Provide analyses related to marketing spend and promotional activities * Create models to predict customer behavior and performance of marketing initiatives using marketing automation and predictive analytics platforms * Create and measure specific performance metrics of email, social media, and event campaigns * Ability to utilize Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or SAP Lumira * Strong command of Microsoft excel * Ability to convey complex ideas or results in a simple manner to members of the organization at all levels. * Adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage ambiguity. * All other assigned duties
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university. * Minimum 3 years of experience conducting analysis, requirements definition, and reporting support that utilized MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, formatting, variables, etc. * 3+ years’ experience using Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or some similar digital analytics tool. * Familiarity with SAP Cloud for Customer a plus, or any other CRM tool. Also, 3 or more years’ experience or exposure to producing reporting and data visualizations in SAP Business Warehouse or Business Objects, or other Business Intelligence platform and previous experience with SAP ECC and CRM preferred. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, other teammates needed. * Strong communication (verbal and written), organization, and time management skills required. Solid problem solving and consultative skills a must. * Must be self-driven, motivated and results-oriented. Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with clients, as well as internal personnel, needed. Must be able to solve problems thoroughly and work well under pressure. * Must be able to adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs) and be able to multi-task effectively.
