Summary
The Financial Planning & Analysis crew works closely with the Analytics and Accounting teams to analyze our numbers and partner with business partners across the company. We are a fast-moving team who gives structure to complicated issues, immerse ourselves in data collection, and delivers impactful insights and recommendations. Responsibilities
* Partner with our Senior Manager, FP&A Revenue and functional business leaders to drive profitability and efficiency * Support the annual budgeting and planning process, the long-range strategic planning process, as well as the monthly/ quarterly reforecast with a focus on revenue * Assist in the preparation, distribution and review of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports with senior management * Provide financial modeling and analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects * Deliver financial projects driving key insights for making critical business decisions including but not limited to: Understanding ROI of large business projects, driving understanding of marketing cost of acquisition and expenses, driving key insights on marketing funnel and being a trusted advisor providing decision support and guidance to management team
Ideal Candidate
**The Skill Set** * 4-6 years of consulting, FP&A, or corporate finance experience * Superior analytical and modeling skills, ability to work with large data sets and deliver real insight from complex information * Strong communication skills * You’re an expert in Excel and PowerPoint and can apply automation in both * Ability to identify opportunities for business improvements and take initiative to drive the necessary changes * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or similar field **Bonus Points** * Experience in building excel macros and pivot tables * Familiarity with SQL * Consulting experience * Experience in Sales finance and comfort with more complex revenue projection models * Active Eventbrite user with a passion for live events
