Responsibilities
* Serves as the key interface between the internal Philips team to communicate all utility rebate activities. * Covers program dates, product assortment, projected inventory needs and projected POS lifts and maintaining the program workbook. * Role coordinates across Sales, Demand Planning, Consumer Ops, Product Marketing, Finance, external Utility partners and the rest of the Consumer Channel Marketing Team. * Maintains weekly workbooks (customer & internally used). * Collaborates with Demand Planning, CatMan & Sales teams to create promo volumes. * Reviews past sales trends from POS data to create future promo volume projections. * Prepare & contribute to weekly demand planning meetings. * Monthly reporting on program successes by sku, retailer, promos, tech, utility, etc. * Maintains utility map for website. * Analyzes Philips utility coverage by state / product type and make recommendations to improve. * Complete post promotional analysis and make recommendations for future promotions (i.e. Price elasticity, what’s the ideal price point by key sku).
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline * 3-5 years of experience working with rebate programs within trade marketing/CPG environment * Experience within Operations or Demand Planning a plus * Strong analytical skills (for post promo analysis) * Project management skills * Able to lead & influence a cross functional team * Customer centric- must have strong relationship building skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of business processes across functional areas * Problem solving skills * Ability to travel to trade shows 20% of the time * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
