Summary
AppNexus is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our People team. The Benefits Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that AppNexus attracts and retains top talent by helping us provide benefits that are competitive and equitable. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to gain deep exposure to benefits in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the day-to-day administration of US employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, commuter, FSA, HSA and health clubs * Own benefits administration of HRIS system (ADP) * Facilitate new-hire benefit orientations * Reconcile invoices from benefits vendors and providers * Draft employee communications * Assist with benefits compliance (e.g., Medicare Part D, safe harbor) * Review and approve employee benefits elections, status changes and enrollment updates * Participate in the implementation and roll out of new policies and programs * Manage employee benefit inquiries and requests to ensure a quick and positive resolution * Assist with special projects as needed
Ideal Candidate
**About your skills:** * Bachelor's Degree * At least 2-4 years of experience * Comfortable handling confidential employee information * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Strong attention to detail and professionalism * Excellent time and project management skills * Ability to multitask and work independently * Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment * Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Working knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably ADP **More about you:** * You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
