Summary
Lumileds LLC has an opportunity for a Global Compensation Analyst, focusing on the design, development and implementation of general compensation strategies and programs. This individual will conduct analysis and provide consultation and support to HRBPs and senior management for strategic decision-making. Accuracy, attention to detail, strong financial analytical skills and project management skills are critical.
Responsibilities
* Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative global compensation analyses supporting the design, implementation and administration of domestic and international cash and stock compensation plans, programs and policies, including base, incentive and long term equity programs. * Submit compensation data and practices information to various survey firms; analyze survey results and formulate recommendations relative to market position and internal equity, consistent with the company’s compensation philosophy. * Model and participate in the annual global compensation analysis for merit budgets, salary structures and geographic differentials; work closely with HRIS and IT to prepare Workday for annual focal and refresh processes. * Prepare program materials for review with the CEO, CFO, Business Leadership, HR Management and Compensation Committee. * Proactively manage and coordinate activities for owned programs with various partners including Legal, Corporate Development, Finance, Business Management, HR Services, IT and others.
Ideal Candidate
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus in finance/business, accounting, mathematic/statistics, HR or economics. * 5-7 years of directly-related experience working in a medium-to-large, multi-national company. * Sound understanding of Financial and Accounting concepts. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial data. * Strong organizational, project and program management skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, ADP, Workday, HRIS, and PowerPoint skills
