Summary
Zillow is seeking an experienced and passionate Application Systems Analyst to join the Corporate Applications team. The Corporate Applications team builds and supports cross-organizational back office applications to enable Zillow employees. In this role, you will be supporting multiple application implementations and integrations across our ERP, Procurement, and Billing platforms. As a key member of the CorpApps team, you will also be a contributor in the implementation, maintenance and testing of our back-office applications, integrations, security, and enhancements.
Responsibilities
* Design, implement, test, deploy, and monitor integrations between back-office systems. * Maintain and manage business processes, security, and integration administration. * Design and build reports and data queries as requested by the business teams. * Partner and coordinate with Zillow Finance, Sales Operations team, Human Resources and Helpdesk to troubleshoot and provide end user support. * Lead, manage, and support key technical initiatives to deploy additional functionality on the application roadmap. * Evaluate new technological solutions and make recommendations to enhance user experience and back-end integration * Develop appropriate documentation for design, technical, implementation, Knowledge Base and test activities. * Create and perform testing activities to support new applications, updates and changes.
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications:** * 2+ years’ experience working in an application consulting or application analyst role supporting cloud based ERP, Billing, or Procurement systems * Experience developing and maintaining SQL queries and stored procedures * Experience with ETL tools and processes * Knowledge of business, sales, HR and accounting processes * Proficient analytic, organizational, problem solving, and project management skills * Ability to think critically and translate business needs into technical specification, research and solve complex technical problems, and bridge business and development concepts and teams * Bachelor's degree required (MIS, Accounting, or related field preferred) **Preferred:** * Application experience with Workday, Boomi, Zuora, or Concur * Experience with custom built or third party billing systems * Technical knowledge of API’s, Web Services, XML and XSLT is a plus
