Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst will report into the Senior Analyst and will be responsible for supporting the Instant Booking (IB) and Business Listings (BL) teams of the Corporate Revenue Operations group. Specifically, this person will be primarily supporting and managing the Order to Cash process for our transaction and subscription businesses. The Accounting Analyst will also have the opportunity to engage in meaningful business and accounting projects, month-end book close and related compliance work, enact process improvement change, and automate procedures whenever possible (this includes active participation in new system implementation).

* Actively participate in month end and quarter end book close, generate proper reports to support accounting entries, validate numbers provided for consolidation, produce compliance reports as needed * Work with the Sales & Operations teams closely to troubleshoot any issues that arise, champion new reporting projects as IB/BL team representative * Build out and manage the Reporting/KPI Roadmap for IB/BL Revenue * Manage inbound inquiries (both internally and externally) in a timely and efficient manner * Conduct Quality Assurance regularly to ensure reporting accuracy * Conduct various types of analyses to identify efficiencies and opportunities * Collaborate with various stakeholders (Engineers, Product Managers, etc.) to build requirements and be comfortable in a dynamic project management atmosphere
