Summary

The Intersect Group is seeking a QA Analyst Finance/HR who will be responsible for integration, user acceptance and end-to-end test efforts for a Finance/HR transformation project. The person in this position will focus on test activities related to validating the integration of the new SAP HANA/Success Factor based Finance & HR system with inbound and outbound systems/interfaces that are on premise and cloud based.

Responsibilities

* 	Responsible for facilitating the testing activities related to HR/Finance systems transformation and Integration implementation. Test activities will include HR and Finance business processes and their integration with other inbound and outbound systems/interfaces that are on-premise and cloud based.
* 	Work with internal teams, business/technology leaders, enterprise architects, end-users and external vendors to gather test requirements and develop test strategy, test plans for systems integration testing, UAT and end-to-end testing.
* 	Write, evaluate, execute and verify testing documentation including: test plans, test strategies, test case creation, traceability matrices, and test summary reports.
* 	Use manual methods and automated tools to test Web Services, ESB based integrations, client/server Integration & ETL flows.
* 	Use SDLC and Agile methodologies as applicable to verify Business Owners acceptance criteria.
* 	Accountable for tracking of all defects, resolution, reporting and escalation of risks identified during testing to QA leads.
* 	This position requires experience with multiple middleware applications, including knowledge with MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, CAWA Scheduler as well as experience in project leadership, detailed requirements analysis, test design, testing, execution and deployment.

Ideal Candidate

* 	Bachelors or Master's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
* 	5 to 7 years of Quality Assurance experience with the last 3 years conducting web-services, system integration and end-to-end testing.
* 	Strong testing experience in HR/Finance related applications such as Recruiting & Onboarding System/ Payroll/Time management system/Success Factors/Expense management/ General Ledger/ Financial Reporting
* 	Strong Knowledge in SAP HR E2E business processes. Experience in working with the integration functionality between HR, Payroll and Finance postings and SAP Integration testing. Functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR/Finance module.
* 	Extensive knowledge of architectures and technical standards, layered systems architectures and layered solutions and designs; extensive understanding of shared software concepts.
* 	Exposure to Mulesoft, Informatica, CAWA Scheduler, Boomi, TIBCO, Data warehouse technologies
* 	Extensive knowledge of IT concepts, strategies and methodologies such as Agile and waterfall methodologies.
* 	Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills and the ability to interact with all level of stakeholders, support personnel, and clients
