Salesforce Architect

Tekfortune is a software solutions company providing project development and staff augmentation services to companies in various industries including Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Telecommunication and Aviation.

The Salesforce.com Sr. Architect is responsible for Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, Solution Architecture and Technical Leadership. The role requires the Architect to collaborate with Senior Business and IT Executives. The candidate should preferably have a Salesforce Healthcare Implementation / Architect experience (Sales Cloud / force.com)

* Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Stakeholders to arrive at the Salesforce.com Rollout Strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation. * Understand customer's business requirements and technical environment to architect the optimal solution * Design solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform leveraging design patterns (standards & solution specific) * Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools * Lead the development team in delivering the solution * Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products * Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues * Recommend best practices

* Bachelor's / Master's degree in technology field or equivalent work experience * 15+ years experience in working on (develop/design/architect) CRM and/or Enterprise Class Solutions * 6+ year's experience with Salesforce.com * Energetic, enthusiastic and professional attitude * Salesforce.com Architect/Consultant Certified (501 preferably) Sales Cloud is preferred * Force.com Platform experience is preferred * Functional and technical knowledge of Salesforce.com and the force.com platform * Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex, visualforce), integration with other enterprise applications and salesforce.com ecosystem applications * Experience in designing/developing Web Services/Rest API to interface with other systems * Experience with Enterprise Integration and ETL tools * Experience deploying web based and enterprise systems using industry standard environments including XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS,FTP, Java, JavaScript, jQuery **Preferred but not mandatory** * Experience in Healthcare Projects (Disability Insurance) **Education** * Bachelor's / Master's degree in technology field or equivalent work experience
