Responsibilities
* Be a solutions partner with our business stakeholders for the Foundation’s Enterprise tools encompassing Human Resources (Workday, Newton) and Finance (NetSuite, Nexonia, Paylocity) and enable the foundation with office automation tools including the O365 suite of products and Customer Relationship Management (MS Dynamics). * Anticipate our business’s needs, use your technology/industry experience to identify new opportunity areas, and help define/improve the internal tools at MSDF, * Be a “do-er” when it comes to supporting the solution configuration, security, reporting and advanced feature set of all tools. This may also include in-depth training on the specific technical areas, * Proactively seek opportunities to streamline business processes, even when not specifically requested from business users, * Enable seamless data flow between our enterprise systems and line of business applications through services based integration. * Analyze, design and develop custom solutions where off the shelf products do not exist, and integrate with various existing enterprise technologies: * Deliver and manage all stages of the systems development lifecycle from project inception to delivery in the .NET stack, * Own and manage relationships with product vendors and consultants. * Identify areas where consistency and standards improve the collaboration across the organization. When applicable, drive governance, standards and consistency across all internal productivity tools.
Ideal Candidate
* Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in n-tiered Web Application using ASP.NET, MVC, and C#. * Demonstrated understanding of Object Oriented Programing (OOP) and SDLC best practices. * A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in SQL Server database (SQL, Store Procedures, Views, and Data warehouse concepts). * A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in with SharePoint (SharePoint Online is a plus) including Content Types, Web Parts, Custom Workflows, Searches, and etc. as well as experience being an SharePoint Administrator. * Experience in troubleshooting and working closely with business customers. * Experience in product, program or project management with regular interaction with multiple stakeholders. * Experience working with 3rd parties APIs or web services (SharePoint, CRM, ERP, etc.). * Experience in collecting, prioritizing and executing business and functional requirements * Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and implement best-in-class solutions for business partners. * Strong communications and relationship management skills. * Experience and understanding of Enterprise Service Bus is a plus. * NetSuite, Dynamic CRM and Workday experience is a plus * Strong positive track record on delivering on time and releasing successful products under tight deadlines. * Successful candidates will have enthusiasm and energy to work in a fast pace environment, eager to deliver in short-cycle product releases.They will also be able to learn on the fly and incorporate new knowledge into improved technology solutions.
