Corporate Recruiter needed for a Full Time opportunity supporting Yoh RPO’s client located in Philadelphia, PA.

Consulting and advising hiring managers on overall hiring process

Partnering with HR Managers and Hiring Managers to successfully recruit top talent
-
Collaborating as needed on job requisition details and creation
-
Establishing credibility as Recruitment SME
-
Reviewing job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche sites
-
Developing and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies
-
Sourcing talented and diverse candidates through creative methods
-
Effectively screening and interviewing candidates to assess skill & cultural fit
-
Maintaining knowledge of the Client industry, related industries, business supported and market demographics
-
Reviewing job descriptions for OFCCP compliance and marketing best practice
-
Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR management to ensure hiring requirements are met
-
Ensuring positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
-
Working closely with appropriate resources to ensure interview scheduling process creates ideal candidate experience
-
Contributing to continuous process improvement efforts, and Ad Hoc projects as necessary
-
Consistently updating applicant tracking system and hiring managers in a timely manner
-
Ensuring regulatory as well as client specific compliance
-
Executive search experience a plus

Experience with ATS is strongly preferred

Strong business acumen
-
Ability to see big picture, identify gaps, develop and communicate plan, and achieve client buy-in
-
Demonstrated success with high volume and niche recruiting in corporate environment
-
Must demonstrate proven track record to proactively recruit talent outside of traditional sourcing methods
-
Demonstrated ability to think innovatively when sourcing strategy needs recalibration
-
Clear understanding of Boolean language and strong ability to use effectively in Internet sourcing
-
Excellent communications skills (written, verbally and electronic) and presentation skills
-
Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing
-
Knowledge of state/federal labor laws and guidelines (including EEO)
-
Ability to work within contractual time constraints to meet objectives
-
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; web-based applications; web-based collaboration tools; applicant tracking; social media recruiting techniques
-
Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST
-
Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team environment
-
Must have strong client service and recruiting background and bring an industry network to the effort
