Summary
Candidate must be well versed in mobile marketing and the emerging media space (mobile apps, streaming media devices, subscription-based services). Helpful if the applicant has experience in kids-focused content and a firm understanding of kid-approved experiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute core traditional and digital marketing strategies that drive business KPIs and aid in revenue generation across digital and linear TV platforms - Work with internal marketing partners, agencies, and vendors to develop strategies and plans to acquire customers through external marketing channels. - Responsible for prioritizing the most effective campaign strategiesthat drive user acquisition, optimize engagement, and support audience retention - Research and test new tactics that grow the Nickelodeon audience in an increasingly mobile and constantly “connected” landscape - Market intelligence – be the expert on digital and mobile user acquisitions channels. Know when, why and how to buy efficiently. - Goal driven with the ability to adapt to change and to new opportunities. - Hands-on experience in the development of product marketing plans, detailed specifications, project plans, status reports, and budgets - Excellent decision making skills with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives - Great communication skills both written and verbal - Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite - Proven strength in defining and translation of web and market analytics from data to implementation of new features - Exposure to web analytics systems and syndicated services - Ability to work independently as well as a team member. - Ability to comprehend and communicate the growing needs of the audience to internal cross-functional teams
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree - 8-10 years of experience in successful Customer Acquisition Marketing for a high volume consumer facing mobile product line and Premium Subscription business
