Citizens Bank is looking for an experienced social media manager to join its Social Media Marketing team at our corporate office at Legacy Place in Dedham, MA.

Developing paid and organic social media campaigns, collaborating with partners in Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Customer Service and Human Resources.

Heavy involvement with maintaining and growing the bank’s branded social media outposts, evolution of the social infrastructure, and program measurement.

Working proactively in a multi-disciplinary environment, with a flexible, hands-on attitude.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-rounded and strategic digital marketing/integrated marketing professional who has previous hands-on experience as a social strategist, content creator, and community manager on Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms – preferably with a large corporate brand.
He/she should have a creative spirit, a sharp analytical mind, and be highly results-oriented.
Education:
Bachelors degree required in business, communications or related field
Skills and experience:

3-5 years of experience in Social Media with 5 to 7 years overall experience in digital marketing or digital strategy

Working knowledge of and/or interest in financial services (retail, business, and commercial banking) and comfortably adhering to the practices required for a regulated industry.

Previous brand page (e.g., Twitter, Facebook) community management and content creation experience required

Experience with social CMS such as Sprinklr or Spredfast

Experience running paid social media campaigns Conversant in SEO, online advertising, and web analytics

Must have hands on project management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior attention to detail

Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with financial services, B2B marketing and Public Relations highly desirable

Previous agency experience or working with agency partners is required

Experience with mobile marketing and mobile social platforms is also desirable

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
