Summary
King Arthur Flour is looking for an intellectually curious, digital and business-savvy digital marketing manager. The role will focus on planning, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across multiple online channels, including search engine marketing and display advertising. The goal of the Digital Marketing Manager's efforts is to expand brand and product awareness by driving site traffic, engagement, conversion, and sales to propel growth. The ideal candidate for this position has experience managing digital marketing campaigns, is committed to leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our digital marketing efforts, and is able to think strategically while still being hands on.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Marketing Team and other business units to understand, shape and implement a cross-company digital marketing strategy. * Collaborate with the marketing team and vendor partners to expand King Arthur Flour's presence in the digital advertising space, including display advertising, remarketing, paid search and digital couponing. * Work with vendors to evaluate and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis. Must be able to think strategically, manage tactical implementation, and identify opportunities for improvement through campaign reporting and analysis. * Provide monthly reports to summarize digital campaign performance, track KPIs, share key insights and highlight opportunities to make our digital marketing efforts more efficient and effective. * Work with the digital marketing and web teams to collect and analyze data on performance and conversion rates for our direct and wholesale marketing efforts. * Collaborate with Social Media Marketing Manager to ensure the alignment of our digital spend with business objectives and budget. * Work with the creative team on messaging and creative assets for display advertising efforts. * Stay ahead of industry trends by maintaining a thorough understanding of digital marketing best practices, new tools, relevant industry benchmarks and KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
* Experience managing SEM/display advertising campaigns. Solid understanding of digital performance metrics. * Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics tool. * Passion for communicating through new media channels and understanding of what motivates people to engage with content online. * Excellent analytical and project management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible, and reliable **Education/Experience** * Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) * 3-5 years of digital marketing experience at a consumer product company, media company or marketing agency.
