Summary
The e-Commerce Shopper Marketing Manager will lead marketing activities for online sales activation to extend the sales and marketing strategies and ensure timely execution and measurement. Key accountabilities include creating and managing a cohesive e-Commerce shopper marketing plan, managing Brand Experiences on Customer Websites, maintaining excellence in Digital Creative Execution, Digital Assets Management, Brand Rating and Reviews, etc. Additionally, this role is responsible for being a Digital Subject Matter Expert, identifying trends and sharing knowledge. The e-Commerce Shopper Marketing Manager focuses on expanding credibility and awareness for the portfolio of MARS Pet brands and products across the online retail landscape. This right person must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, be comfortable with ambiguity and ready to push the envelope with a collaborative approach and a high level of business and digital acumen.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage digital shopper planning, execution and measurement of websites and communications in collaboration with e-Commerce team, Brands, Media, Consumer Affairs, Agencies and IT partners. * Develop annual digital marketing plan and associated budget that details the strategies, timelines and e-Commerce tactics to be implemented for the year. * Collaborate with Agencies and e-Commerce team members on the development of e-Commerce programs and creative based on key priorities and focus areas. * Leads and manages the development, implementation and tracking of e-Commerce assets including brand experience on customer websites, digital images, ratings and reviews, etc. * Partners with internal procurement to scope digital projects and determine fees. Responsible for digital budget management. * Coordinate with the Media Center of Excellence in the execution of digital media programs on specific customer sites. * Collaborates with eCommerce Sales team to appropriately leverage digital media to drive online sales. * Manage digital agencies’ strategic planning and implementation to ensure efficiencies and effective execution of digital initiatives. * Develop analytics capabilities for KPI’s including site metrics (basic benchmarks and SEO standings), digital advertising and SEM performance, coupon/rebate tracking, survey and other brand/insights tools.

**Critical Functional Competencies:** * Digital Media Management * UX/UI * SEO/SEM **Key Functional Skills/Knowledge:** * Experience working in CPG or similar industry * Worked with Digital Asset Management tools * Ability to work with others to generate and evaluate great creative. * Possess initiative, creativity and independent judgment; collaboration on complex issues, and strong pro-active leadership experience **Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree * 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing * Proficiency in both PC and Mac environments and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) * Superior verbal and written English-language skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Preferred education Bachelors Degree in Communications, marketing or related degree. * 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with an emphasis in the eCommerce. * Strong working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics. Specific software not necessary * Minimum of 2 years agency or agency management experience
