Summary
The Video Team Coordinator will work with the Director of Video Operations on administrative support needs.
Responsibilities
* Scheduling key meetings for director of video operations * Handling credit card statements and expense reports for director of video operations * Supporting director with travel logistics and hotel accommodations (daily basis) * Screening, managing intThe ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and passionate work environment; demonstraerviews for new potential hires for video team * Attend coordinator meetings on behalf of video team * Work with Office Manager re: office space management for video team
Ideal Candidate
* A. or B.S. degree * Minimum 2-3 years of work experience * Interest in video production a plus * Naturally inquisitive and analytical with research experience * Very detail-oriented, organized and self-sufficient. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment * Able to execute tasks with minimal guidance * Strong writing and communication skills * Basic bookkeeping, expense reports and credit card statement processing * Reliable and confident with strong verbal and written communications skills * Able to work in a start-up like environment, where everyone wears multiples hats and priorities regularly shift * Passionate about TED's mission and about supporting a TED Director The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and passionate work environment; demonstrates a flexible and adaptable work style that responds quickly and efficiently to things as they happen; has exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills. Fluency with Google Calendar, Google Docs and Gmail.
