Technical Sourcer

Wealthfront is the only robo-advisor to offer both investment management and financial planning exclusively through software. Because of this approach, we've quickly become the automated advisor of choice among young people. Anyone can open a Wealthfront investment account with $500 to access a unique Passive+ investment strategy that includes a combination of a diversified portfolio of ETFs and tax minimization strategies.

We are ramping up our Engineering teams, and are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our Recruiting team on a 6-month contract. This role will have the opportunity to be extended or to become a full-time position.

* Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies to generate pipeline of high quality passive candidates. * Proactively build a pipeline of Engineering candidates through internet searches, networking, and research. * Research and develop innovative sourcing strategies. * Track, analyze, and communicate sourcing metrics with internal stakeholders.

* 6 to 12 months of experience in Sourcing and/or Recruiting in an agency or in-house setting. * Experience with identifying and building pipelines of qualified candidates for technical positions. * Experience with basic Boolean searches, internet searches, networking, and other sourcing methods. * Expertise with web applications such as Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) and with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Jobvite, etc.). * Ability to work well with metrics and to analyze data regarding sourcing strategies. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelors Degree desired.
