Summary
The Aura Product Support Specialists will be providing support for the Google for Work Program. Google Apps for Work is a suite of cloud computing productivity and collaboration software tools and software offered on a subscription basis by Google. -It includes Google's popular web applications including Gmail, Google Drive,Google Hangouts, Google Calendar, and Google Docs.
Responsibilities
* In this role this person will work face to face and support external relationship management. * Will translate technical concepts into non-technical terms and vice versa, able to troubleshoot an issue with little guidance and direction. Workload is divided into Daily, Weekly and Ongoing tasks to be managed. * Review and manager weekly bug report, review active bugs and resolved bugs including triages to next level Tech Support including tracking ongoing and known issues. * Onboard and meet with new Enterprise Partners, troubleshoot partner devices and evaluate partner product releases. * Help monitor and reply Glass for Work Support alias. * Answer questions and collect feedback. Organize partner feedback in Feedback Collection trix * Attend regular Enterprise Partner Meetings as well as Enterprise SW Meetings * Documenting and streamlining Enterprise processes and Taxonomy
Ideal Candidate
* Role could be equated with Jr. Account Manager/Product Manager outside of Google * Experience: 3-5 years of customer support/customer interaction/technical troubleshooting * BS/BA degree (any concentration) * 3+ years previous exp managing multiple clients and their issues * This role will be managing 10 clients * 3+ years previous experience with delivering technical demonstrations * 3+ years troubleshooting technical and consumer products (e.g., familiarity with basic computer science and able to diagnosis bluetooth connection issues) * 2+ years' experience analyzing large data sets and summarizing trends. I need someone who knows how to use sheets/excel formulas they do not have to be a data scientist. * Solid customer interaction with C level customers * Strong oral and written communication * Able to communicate solutions to client * Fluency communicating with technical partners such as Engineering on technical product concepts or issues * Very comfortable navigating and managing through ambiguity on a normal basis * Proven track record of working cross-functionally * Strong attention to detail * Must be about to travel as need - not more than one time per quarter - Not more than a week. * 3 years Coding java and python/C++ or HTML * Previous exp as technical account manager with large exp * Exp with international clients
