Ready to make a change… Your passion is people and you have a love for all things B2B marketing. The Supervisor, Partner Marketing is responsible for leading a team of 4 marketing managers. Their primary responsibility is to oversee the executional excellence of the team and coach them in the development of effective marketing plans/campaigns that achieve the lead generation and awareness goals of both our vendor partners such as Dell, Adobe, as well as SaaS and Security vendor partners and those of Softchoice. The Supervisor is also directly responsible for planning and leading cross-vendor and vertical specific campaigns. The ability to coach and lead the development of marketing professionals in the areas of understanding buyer personae, the buyers journey and digital demand generation leveraging client data/insights, content and marketing technology is key to success in this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a budget of approximately $5 Million in Marketing Development Funds from Vendor Partners and ensuring ROI goals are meet while at the same time maximizing the quality and quantity of marketing and communications initiatives to achieve the companies brand awareness and demand generation objectives.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and ensure excellence in execution for a team of 4 marketing managers in demand generation activities. * Ensure consistency and best practices are leveraged throughout the marketing planning, execution and review cycle * Play a significant role in managing through prioritization of marketing activities and dealing with change and challenges that arise in execution of vendor marketing campaigns * Oversee management of the budget across multiple vendors to ensure that MDF revenue and MDF expenses (overall contribution) is on plan. Co-ordinate inputs and provide rolled up category forecast on a monthly basis * Play a key role, working with category leads in selling the Marketing plan to Vendors as well as in providing input to marketing business plans for incremental MDF funding asks * Develop and execute a communications and engagement plan to keep all stakeholders informed of key multi-category/vendor or agnostic programs and initiatives and to drive adoption of marketing activities externally and internally (vendor, sales, business development and the solutions and services organizations) * Work with internal (Corporate Marketing) or external agencies to execute the agnostic or cross-category/vertical campaigns, offers or Incentives. Provide direction and inputs needed to execute through the creative brief and demand generation toolkit providing insight that spans multiple solutions, products and buyer types. May involve multiple buyer personas, value propositions, and market dynamics.

**We’re looking for someone who:** * Was put on this Earth to plan, lead, and inspire great marketing campaigns, and is able to provide examples of this divine assignment * Is recognized as a servant leader by peers * Thrives in - and creates - a positive team environment (Read: lone wolves need not apply) * Knows what MQLs, SQLs and SALs are - and why they’re important * Is experienced working in a fast-paced environment * Has the ability to set priorities, plan, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines * Has proven experience building demand-generation and integrated marketing campaigns for niche buying audiences (Hint: we’re in B2B IT) **As our ideal candidate you will have:** * Bachelors of Commerce Degree in Marketing or equivalent. M.B.A is an asset. * 5 years’ marketing experience in the technology industry. * Understanding and experience with integrated marketing plan development with deep knowledge of demand generation current methods, technology and tools. * Previous experiencing leading and influencing teams cross-functionally is considered an asset. * Experience working with vendor partners to develop and carry out joint marketing plans within the Information Technology Services industry. * Project management and organizational sills required. * Content, e-marketing, nurture marketing, social mark
