Summary
The marketing director is the central steer for marketing, PR and external communication strategy for Peanut Labs. The role is international in scope and involves liaison with senior stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities
The director is responsible for driving the positioning of the Peanut Labs brand globally; formulating strategic marketing plans (both online and offline), managing the marketing budget, and steering PR and corporate communications. This is the perfect role for someone who would like to move into a more strategic role where marketing can make a real impact on the business.
Ideal Candidate
* 7+ Years experience in B2B Marketing * Expertise in website, email and event marketing and lead generation * Experience with Marketo and other CRM systems * Ability to plan strategic outreach campaigns using Marketo to create email marketing, drip and lead scoring. * Experience with marketing integrated and using SFDC databases * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present groups of all sizes * Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Experience with directing and managing external agency partners * Works well in a team environment and adapts to company culture * Proven ability to successfully create, manage and execute marketing budgets and demonstrate ROI * Experience of working with or for a market research or fieldwork agency preferred * Inspires outside agency partners to excellence by providing clear direction and building strong relationships. Experience with Brafton a plus * Create monthly / quarterly learnings/insights. Compile and distribute quarterly reports to management on overall marketing performance – ensuring clear insights/actions is the focus, rather than just data and recalibrate KPIs * Takes an external view, keeping abreast of latest industry, marketing, advertising and media trends and learning and leveraging best practices to grow Peanut Labs brand and sales
