Summary
This role will be responsible for the overall marketing efforts for Duarte, reporting directly to the Chief Client Officer. These efforts are primarily focused on lead generation & sales enablement, but will also support awareness efforts of speaking engagements, editorial, and social media.
Responsibilities
* Develop quarterly marketing plan to support the financial goals of both Agency and Academy. * Design and manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead generation goals. Campaigns will be multi-channel including email, web, social and PR. * Manage CDR activity to optimize qualified lead flow to the appropriate sales channel. * Hire and manage digital marketing associate to support email campaigns, web marketing and social media engagement. * Identify and manage the creation of content marketing assets to support lead generation and list development goals. * Manage third party relationships for web development, SEO/PPC, design and any others as needed. * Manage technology infrastructure of Hubspot, Salesforce and any other systems to support the marketing efforts. * Provide support to Ambassadors for speaking engagements, blog posts and editorial content. * Prioritize all marketing efforts for maximum impact. * Publish marketing calendar of all activities including product launch, editorial, events, speaking engagements and campaigns. * Produce and review monthly marketing metrics to inform ongoing marketing efforts for maximum ROI. Metrics include: web trends, MQL/SQL trends, wins by lead source, email marketing open/click rates, list development trends. * Manage the marketing budget and report budget vs. actual for each month. * Support blog and editorial efforts by connecting to the overall marketing strategy and providing project management of placement. * Stay on top of current marketing best practices to constantly improve our marketing efforts.
Ideal Candidate
**Skill Requirements:** * 3-7 years marketing management experience * Strong project management skills to manage projects on-time and on budget * Ability to prioritize tasks, and manage to the defined timelines * Effective communications skills (verbal & written) * Technology savvy to understand the systems needed to support marketing efforts * Ability to manage both direct reports, 3rd party contractors, and other team members that participate in marketing project * Team player focused on collaborating with others to deliver the best outcome * Outcome driven. Ability to get beyond the tactics and focus delivering the desired business outcomes **Performance Measures:** * Achievement of lead generation goals (MQL/SQL). * Web traffic trends, and improved engagement. * List development through awareness campaigns. * Management of marketing budget to optimize cost per lead.
