The Marketing Manager is a new role, responsible for building Carusele's outbound marketing and lead gen function. The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is to build B2B marketing campaigns that increase awareness for the organization and generate qualified leads for the Carusele Sales Team. - Develop outbound strategies to efficiently generate qualified leads - Develop and maintain all company marketing assets - Analyze and optimize marketing strategies for effectiveness - Report on marketing KPIs and key insights to leadership team - Collaborate with senior management to define strategy and marketing calendar - Work with internal subject matter experts to generate new content, execute campaigns - Develop scalable, repeatable content production processes - Manage ad hoc projects (e.g. industry awards applications, event sponsorships, webinars, etc.)

- 3-5 years of B2B marketing program management - Track record of impeccable project management and execution. - Experience managing email marketing campaigns - editorial planning, content creation, production, etc. - Experience managing content marketing campaigns - blog, whitepaper, webcast, etc. - Fluency with marketing measurement and CRM tools - Salesforce, Google Analytics, SharpSpring, etc. - Enough-to-be-dangerous familiarity with SEO, traditional PR. - Technically savvy with a passion for social media and content marketing - Incredibly strong written and verbal communications skills. - An obsessive attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must - Strong written and verbal communications skills required - Expert timeline creation and maintenance is required - Previous budget management experience is required - Actively engaged on social media platforms - Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment - Entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to self-manage and internally driven sense of accountability
