Chime Operations Analyst

As the Operations Manager, you will own every aspect of developing, nurturing, and managing the sitter community in Chicago, New York, DC, and Boston; this includes building and leading a team to accomplish this. This data-driven role is about developing a strong foundation for our recruitment & onboarding needs and introducing new ideas on how we scale. You’ll also be proactively looking for new features that might improve the customer’s experience. You’re outgoing, eager, and a determined problem solver. You lead by example and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.

- Recruit and build out the Chime community of sitters across 4 markets - Responsible for ensuring that the supply of sitters in a particular market matches demand - Responsible for (read, obsess over) the sitter onboarding process/experience with efficiency & quality assurance top-of-mind - Define the KPIs directly related to sitter performance - Monitor and manage sitter performance - Monitor and manage sitter engagement and utilization - Communicate in the Voice of Chime - Develop all online and email marketing content to support sitter community needs - Coordinate local events for our team of sitters; this may include continued education, training, and/or feedback sessions - Be a passionate advocate for all sitters – this includes building a relationship with our project and operations teams to improve internal tools and user experience

**What you need to do/know/have:** - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field - Demonstrated experience analyzing data (using excel and other tools), extracting key findings, and developing concise conclusions/recommendations in written form (PowerPoint/memo’s, etc.) - Embrace change (things move superfast here!) - Super positive and upbeat attitude - Cool and calm under pressure - Organization, planning, and prioritization skills - Self-motivated and have an intense drive for efficiency - A willingness to dive into the details - Data-driven decision making mentality - Be awesome at managing projects in a fast-paced environment **Additional desired traits** - 2+ years of operations/analytical or related experience - 1+ year leading a team - Experience with Excel and SQL - MBA is a plus, but not required **Example background:** - Consulting background with data-driven decision instincts - Operations analyst or Business analyst - Process improvement background
