Summary
We are looking for an HR Generalist. In this individual contributor role you will report to the Director of HR for America Territory Sales, which is part of the World Wide Sales Division. This role will provide HR support for our Denver Team, and be aligned to and support the Sales group to support them to achieve their goals and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Coach managers and employees at all levels on a variety of HR, people and team/organizational dynamic topics * Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, finance business partners and the staffing team on talent management, workforce planning and requisition management * Partner with business leaders to formalize optimum position matrices and career paths for employees * Conduct manager and employee development efforts * Understand, implement and lead HR programs and initiatives for assigned clients, particularly to support employee engagement and corporate initiatives * Strong focus on onboarding * Create programs to be implemented locally and shared across the worldwide organization * Provide employee relations consultation and guidance * Provide analyses, reports and process improvements * Conduct exit interviews and provide turnover trends and analysis
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, can balance corporate and client needs, and has experience as an HR professional preferably in high growth, high tech and global environments with a call center background. Experience in partnering with sales, and a strong local legislative knowledge are essential for this role. Attention to detail and process is key but must be balanced with organizational savvy and nimbleness to match. * Strong HR generalist background (organization development, employee relations, compensation, management development and coaching), minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience. * In-depth HR knowledge employment law, strategies, policies, and practices. * Master at defining procedures, implementing strategic policies, and choosing evaluation criteria to measure results. * Talent management guru. Ready to advice and counsel managers on how to identify and attract key talent, develop succession plans, utilize recognition and rewards to incent behavior, and help managers drive performance improvement and career growth within their teams. * Ability to implement and drive an effective onboarding program. * Must be able to navigate through ambiguity and constant change. * Call center experience, both exempt and nonexempt; and temp workforce, including managing high levels of absence, performance management, and development. * Customer service mindset * May serve on the Denver site management team focusing on driving local engagement plans and other activities that increase engagement and reduce company risk and exposure. * Create positive team dynamics throughout the office by facilitating team-building activities or engaging other resources. * Provide analysis of data/trends to management/HRBP/Corp HR Functions (such as Compensation and Benefits) on a variety of human resource-related programs Measure and contribute to recommendations to management/HRBP required to improve business results (i.e. HR programs, Employee survey actions–planning and/or feedback loop, etc.) * Must be able to work across in a matrix organization that crosses multiple time zones and flex schedule to support a large global team. * Strong project and process management skills. * Good influencing skills and the ability to assert an “unpopular” opinion when necessary. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience working in organizations of high growth, and global complexity. * HR experience in high tech, consulting, software, sales strongly preferred * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must * B.S./B.A or equivalent. in HR, business or related field.
