Tile has invented a simple and sleek location tracking app that can be used to track any item users don’t want to misplace. Users can place small, affordable Tiles on wallets, purses, computers, luggage, etc., allowing them to communicate within the world’s largest lost and found network.
Summary
Tile is looking for a motivated Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing data, finding insights, and sharing information to drive better and informed decision-making at Tile. This person will assist the marketing team with building reports and presentations for key business reviews (such as Board of Directors meetings), maintain and present a weekly marketing KPI dashboard, and support the team with ad hoc analyses. Additionally, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing user behavior and engagement, identifying trends, and driving recommendations to improve performance. And, as communicating insights from the data is a core component of this role, this person must be an excellent storyteller and be adept at connecting data with marketing messages, mediums, and segments.
Responsibilities
* Partner with product team to understand user behavior, engagement, and key attributes that determine likelihood to renew and improve LTV. * Analyze marketing campaign performance, including A/B & multivariate testing across all channels including: website, email, offline campaigns, etc. * Develop dashboards that provide insights and visualization into brand and channel performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance * Model financial business cases and market opportunities for potential new business models * Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic decision-making * Continuously improve the business intelligence capabilities for the rapidly growing marketing team
Ideal Candidate
* Experience analyzing user behavior and impact to engagement and retention * Thorough understanding of marketing metrics and analytics, proactive in analyzing performance and suggesting improvements * Experience (or ability to quickly ramp up) in common data, analytics and visualization technologies (Google Analytics, Tableau) * Fluent in SQL, experience with Python * Basic understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design * Advanced degree of skill with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint required * You have a high attention to detail and can effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas and insights to others * Organized with strong time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly changing industry * Minimum of 3 years experience in an analyst role (subscription and/or consumer technology preferred) * BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
