Summary
We are searching for a digital marketing leader who uses an analytical approach and a customer focus to deliver creative and user-centric experiences that engage customers throughout their buyer journey and drive revenue growth. As director of digital marketing, you will operationalize the web strategy with the goals of increasing both the volume and quality of web visitors, improving content engagement, and accelerating the conversions of visitors to leads that close. You will also be accountable for driving pipeline growth from conversions of our free basic edition to our enterprise edition. The director of digital marketing reports to the CMO.
Responsibilities
* Establish and execute web strategy to support brand awareness, traffic creation, web engagement, and lead conversion objectives * Design buyer-centric self-education user experiences that guide prospects from first brand contact to forming a desire to purchase * Lead digital marketing efforts to grow the user base of the free basic edition and influence these users to initiate enterprise buying cycles * Set inbound lead goals and measure results * Execute SEO and SEM to hit awareness and lead generation objectives * Optimize the performance of landing pages, content and product positioning across all web experiences * Partner with segment marketing managers to support integrated marketing campaigns targeting key segment persona * Establish measurement methodology and analyze ROI and key metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to optimize web forms and search and online marketing spend
Ideal Candidate
* Ten total years of B2B digital experience with a strong focus on web strategy, at least three of those years leading a team * Three or more years of hands-on SEO,SEM, or online marketing experience * Experience optimizing Websites for branding and demand creation objectives * Experience with integrated marketing programs that combined inbound and outbound tactics * Experience with web analytics tools and methods, A/B testing, search optimization, and web UX optimization strategies * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong verbal communication, proven team collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership and influence abilities * Excellent problem solving abilities * Experience managing creative and development agency relationships strongly desirable * Bachelor's degree required
