Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Conceptualize, launch and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize same for conversion, cost-to-acquire and return-on-investment. - Optimize digital channels (SEM, display, mobile, social media and affiliate) for customer lifetime value. Track, measure and report digital marketing campaign and channel performance on a regular basis - Lead search engine optimization initiatives to drive higher levels of organic traffic - Manage the day-to-day activities of digital marketing programs including reporting, budgeting (media spend, agency costs, etc.), forecasting and accruals management. - Maintain a current digital marketing calendar; align with broader marketing calendars - Lead relationships with digital marketing/media agencies, and affiliates - Leverage in-place business analytics resources to segment and target messages and campaigns; optimize over time - Evaluate and recommend new digital opportunities, and advertising technologies and vehicles - Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute digital marketing initiatives
Ideal Candidate
Requirements - Bachelor's degree, Marketing focus is a plus, as is an MBA in Marketing - 5+ years of proven experience building high ROI acquisition digital marketing programs - Experience with paid search ads, display ads, retargeted ads, mobile marketing, social media properties marketing, advertising networks and affiliate marketing - Deep understanding of content management, web analytics, ad tracking, A/B testing, tag management, and promo-code management - Strong leadership skills, able to influence through - Curious (about consumers, online/conversion behavior, ad copy and vehicles, emerging technology, etc.), creative and analytical - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Results and deadline driven -Able to work independently; manages priorities; productive in fluid work environments
