Summary

Take-Two seeks to hire an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to assist with the development, implementation, and management of Take-Two’s digital marketing programs and campaigns that drive customer awareness, traffic, sales and retention for the websites.

The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will use applied expertise in web marketing and campaign analytics to develop and facilitate lead generation tactics including but not limited to paid search, emails, affiliate marketing, and mobile search. They will collaborate with brand marketing, retail marketing, and other departments on coordinated E-Commerce marketing initiatives.

This position will have direct responsibility for e-commerce channel sales, site performance, content updates, email marketing and digital marketing strategy and execution with a focus on driving increased revenue, customer acquisition for affiliate programs, and site conversion.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing guidance on daily e-commerce mechanisms, KPIs and best practices
  • Work with labels to drive world wide e-commerce sales and margin through marketing initiatives
  • Manage the e-commerce marketing calendar world wide
  • Liaise with label Marketing, PR and community team for integrated marketing initiatives
  • Work with labels to create content plans that drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work with labels to drive qualified traffic to the online store by managing and continual optimize performance driven marketing channels (paid search, SEO, retargeting, Email and Affiliate Marketing)
  • Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing tactics with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI/ROAS
  • Knowledge of internet technology platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Global Commerce.
  • Scout and suggest innovative marketing channels and tactics to grow the e-commerce business.
  • Works closely with the webstore team and cross functional areas within sales organization to drive and manage optimal site experience
  • Collaborate with labels and webstore team to create strategic content development for improved SEO, customer engagement and provide data-driven insights to recommend content.
  • Recommend best practices for user experience and landing page strategies to improve SEO and conversion in all channels
  • Assist with other e-commerce related initiatives and activities as needed
Ideal Candidate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive use of analytics in decision-making and management
  • Ability to manage various data sets and effectively derive critical analytics, insights and reports
  • Self-starter / self-motivated, capable of staying on track and pursuing solutions without supervision
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and respond accordingly to changing priorities
  • Minimum 3+ years experience required
