Digital Marketing Manager

Edelman Financial Services provides financial planning and investment management services to more than 28,000 individuals and families and manages more than $15 billion in assets.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for optimizing the website for lead generation and conversion through A/B testing, campaign management, and content distribution.

• Own the user experience on the website and optimize it to meet Marketing goals for acquisition and conversion
• Assist in creating and implementing a testing strategy designed to reach traffic and conversion goals
• Work with dev team to create requirements for and launch new templates, designs, etc. as needed for site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to manage/assist in completing the digital aspects of marketing campaigns
• Work with content and design teams to create collateral to attract new audiences to our digital channels
• Create and deliver regular and timely reports tracking traffic, conversion, and the success measures of specific campaigns
• Coordinate regular site content reviews to address site issues and inconsistencies and ensures all pages function properly

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent industry experience
• 3-5 years of experience in site optimization and A/B testing
• Demonstrated understanding of web usability and online marketing principles
• Experience with content management systems (Sitecore a plus)
• Demonstrated experience in working with website designers and developers
• Experience working with reporting tools such as Google Analytics
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Strong ability to communicate both orally and in written communications to peers and executives
• Strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
