Summary
We are looking for a Rock Star Coordinator to play a critical role on the People and Culture team. This role will be supporting interview scheduling, sourcing and report generation for the recruitment team as supporting HR with on-boarding and HR administration. The coordinator is detail oriented and successful at juggling multiple priorities. They also need to be self-directed, highly organized, productive and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research and provide support for target recruitment activities * Build and maintain relationship with candidates throughout the recruiting process by scheduling candidate interviews (phone, video, in-person) * Assist in development of sourcing strategies including job postings, candidate pipelining and candidate pre-qualification techniques * Assist recruiters in managing job postings and conduct regular searches on all available job boards * Update and maintain ATS (applicant tracking system) to include becoming a report guru! * Support intern recruiting efforts * Assist Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc projects * Manage the on- boarding process * HR administrative duties
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree preferred * 2+ years experience supporting a team of recruiters or sales professionals * Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
