Summary
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and onboarding awesome employees for all areas of MasterControl. The role includes developing a candidate pipeline, screening candidates, performing interviews, coordinating pre-employment hiring practices and maintaining recruiting documentation. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and the needs of the business while reviewing exceptional candidates for MasterControl's high-energy culture. The Corporate Recruiter will also represent the Company while attending external recruiting functions, such as career fairs and networking events. The position will assist with planning and executing internal Company events and will assist with established HR processes in a fun and dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
* Source internal and external candidates to ensure a strong recruiting pipeline #PurpleSquirrel * Maintain job postings and update job descriptions for all open positions #WritingSkills * Perform initial phone interviews and schedule candidates for onsite interviews #InterviewingIsFun * Maintain recruiting records and applicant tracking system #ATS * Generate recruiting/HR metrics and analytics #WeLoveData * Communicate regularly with candidates and partners to ensure a quick turnaround #CandidateExperience * Assist with new employee on-boarding to ensure a smooth transition into their new role #WelcomeToMC * Active involvement in the execution of Company events #WeLoveParties * Other HR duties as assigned by the Human Resources Management team #ContinuousGrowth
Ideal Candidate
**Preferred Skills:** * 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment and experience recruiting technical positions highly preferred * Bachelors' Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred * Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, WORD, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Access * Experience using electronic applicant tracking systems (ATS) * Knowledge of AAP best practices preferred * Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines * Previous experience in other Human Resources functions preferred * Ability to communicate well on email, over the phone and in person * Professional demeanor and positive attitude **Physical Demands and Working Conditions** * Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for an extended period of time. * Ability to travel and attend events where one may be standing for long periods of time.
