Summary
At present, Arrow Recruiting has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist in our Englewood, CO location. This role will be responsible for supporting the recruiting needs of the business as it relates to recruiting systems and tools, programs and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
In this role, the HR Specialist will engage with internal teams, Arrow’s RPO partner and other Arrow COE’s to achieve functional objectives. This individual may also support the Executive Offer/Onboarding process, social media platforms and communications within the function. Work streams include, but are not limited to: talent acquisition, process, policies and procedures, change management initiatives, reporting and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives. * Daily management/creation of Arrow employment brand * Subject matter expert in recruiting reports and analytics * Forge partnerships with current technology to improve efficiencies across the recruiting function * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
**Business Experience & Education Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience in an HR function, preferring experience in a Recruitment capacity. Without a degree, 5-7 years of experience in an HR or Talent Management capacity is required. **Skills Required:** * Experience with various recruiting tools and technology including applicant tracking system. * Proven track record of exceeding on assigned targets in a fast-paced high-growth environment. * Strong project management and organizational skills. * Reporting design/and or ability to identify critical success metrics. * Interpersonal, influencing and relationship building skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Broad HR experience, highly preferred across multiple areas of HR, specifically in Recruiting. * Expert knowledge of Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Excellent customer service focus with strong communication skills to effectively correspond, verbally and in writing, using phone, voicemail, and e-mail, with various levels within the company and the external community * Flexibility to respond to multiple ad hoc assignments or situations
