Summary
The Talent Acquisition Operations team is excited to hire a new team member to join us in keeping our day-to-day operations running seamlessly. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in providing an above and beyond candidate experience, while juggling multiple priorities and projects behind the scenes. This person will facilitate all stages of the recruiting cycle and will be instrumental in streamlining internal processes to make the team a faster, more agile organization.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate high volume of interviews for candidates and employees with speed and efficiency in multiple office locations * Book candidate travel arrangements and communicate interview details to provide an excellent candidate experience * Assist in development of recruiting processes, including refining the scheduling workflow and generating new ideas for better sourcing and recruiting practices * Update and audit candidate records in applicant tracking system and provide accurate pipeline reports to key stakeholders * Support programs team in strategy and execution of industry events, university programs, and recruitment marketing initiatives * Oversee new employee onboarding experience, including communicating first day expectations and ensuring changes are updated to internal stakeholders * Provide general support to special projects as needed
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be looking to advance a career in the HR or Recruiting fields and will be excited to work at a dynamic, fast-paced and quickly growing company. * BA or BS degree * At least 1 year experience in coordination, administrative, or recruiting support role * Highly organized with proven ability to prioritize and manage work time efficiently * Strong sense of urgency in fast-paced, high-volume environment * Excellent attention to detail * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, and Excel * Experience using Lever or other applicant tracking systems a plus * Superior communication skills (written and oral) * Excellent team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table * "Can do", get things done attitude
