Summary
We are currently looking for a full-time support role for our Recruiting and Training & Development team. Seeking a service-oriented professional with strong detail orientation, and strong communication with employees and candidates at all levels.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate meetings, schedules, and events for recruitment and training; manage corresponding logistics * Assist in the data gathering and organization of materials for recruiting, training sessions, employee reviews, and monthly company meetings * Coordinate conference rooms, materials, equipment and food for recruitment, training, and company meetings * Organize and maintain schedules for recruitment and training & development * Update job postings, Social media accounts, newsletters, company correspondence, candidate/new hire documents, and relocation guides, as needed * Management of recruitment database - uploading and printing resumes daily, logging actions and results * Book travel and expense for new hires, candidates, and team members * Onboarding new employees – assemble pre-hire paperwork; coordinate between Cleveland Research, new hires, and outside vendors * Manage and organize inventory of Cleveland Research collateral material used for job fairs, recruiting, and new hire onboarding * Assist team with other projects as needed throughout the year
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of work experience in an HR support role; Recruitment experience preferred * Excellent communication and writing skills * Excellent organizational skills * Strong attention to detail * Desire to work in a team environment * Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
