Summary
As part of the Rewards function and the HR services team, provide support in all administrational tasks and processes run within the HR Department for adidas Group. Support and assist the Human Resources Management in undertaking all HR related tasks to ensure we are delivering best in class HR support and quality service to our Business partners. The Specialist takes over increasing responsibilities for his/her dedicated support area.
Responsibilities
* Manage all process steps after hiring decision: issue of contract, pre/post employment documents, drive relocation, follow up with candidates. Support all administrative tasks with regard to employee relations, such as issuing new contracts/transfer letters/other required documents * First point of contact for employees for all standard questions (or re-routing to payroll/benefits) * Work closely with Payroll department to ensure employee data integrity * Maintain current HR systems and be responsible for data accuracy management; updates of SAP Org Management and SAP Personnel Administration, ad-hoc queries and other reports * Responsible for monthly local and global reporting activities * Support HR Partners in performance management related system needs * Own seamless on-boarding and exit processes of employees in the respective business areas * Update Distribution lists and coordinate respective HR Managers and HR Business Partners to ensure constant and proper information flow and holding deadlines * Tracking of paperwork and Payroll maintenances * Ownership of ticketing (HR Systems and IT interfaces) for respective HR Management and business area **Key Relationships:** * HR Business Partners (Junior Management up to Senior Management) * Rewards – Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, etc. * Talent Management & Talent Acquisition * Employees

* Excellent interpersonal skills & Customer Service attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication in English * Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail * Able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision * Energetic, proactive manner and action oriented behavior **Requisite Education and Experience:** * University Degree (Bachelor) * HR degree or 2 years related experience * Specialization in HR management preferred * Strong MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint) user-knowledge * Ideally SAP-HR working knowledge
