Summary
Cardlytics is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to join the Talent team. The Senior Talent Specialist will work directly with the Talent Program Director and SVP-Global Head of Talent to support various talent management programs, processes and large-scale initiatives throughout Cardlytics’ global locations. This position will be a strong advocate for the implementation of Talent policies, guidelines and processes.
Responsibilities
* Benefits, payroll, compliance, audit, tax, immigration – liase with TriNet PEO on all of these items as the Talent point-of-contact * Compensation – Assist in pricing new jobs within the organization, work on short term and long term incentive plans and support the annual pay review process while making sure there is always a consistent linkage of pay to performance via incentives and total rewards * Talent Acquisition Support – Support the Talent Partners throughout the entire recruiting process including scheduling interview, ATS administration, and recruiting event coordination * Performance Management – Support the annual Performance Management Planning process via appraisal planning, tool development, training, adoption and usage. Assist with enhancements to the existing performance management system to drive a high-performing, continuous feedback culture * Learning and Development – Support the coordination of training and development programs and initiatives. This includes tracking all internal and external corporate training requests and training reimbursement requests for Cardlytics employees. This also includes leadership development and high potential program training execution. * Staffing Vendor Management – own the contractor and vendor management processes. This includes all documentation, paperwork, approvals and communication to finance. * Promotion Planning – Support the promotion planning process along with the talent team and leadership team. Assist with the financial analysis impact and review against budget. * Organizational Planning and Role Development – Work with the talent team and various managers to review new and current position descriptions (PD’s) and role definition. This role will own the PD repository and version tracking as position are updated. * Metrics – assist the Talent Program Director with metrics which includes analyzing and interpreting data and trends with respect to employee turnover, diversity, headcount, and recruiting. Rewards and. * Systems Management – Act as a lead or back up for talent management systems
Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of HR and/or Talent Management support experience, preferably supporting a variety of HR related programs * Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration, reporting and compliance requirements * Technology and/or software industry experience a big plus * Experience with HR systems and HRIS systems **Education, Training and Travel** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required * Communication and Cognitive Abilities * Creative problem solving skills coupled with a proactive approach to work solutions and challenges. * Proficiency in Windows Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, including the calendar function * Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment * Approachable, team-oriented professional effective in establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with other areas of the organization and with various levels of employees * High energy level, positive approach and ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision. Able to organize and prioritize work and effectively manage time and meet deadlines * Outstanding technical and inter-personal skills; polished presentation and communication skills, and ability to research and analyze various types of data and information * Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines * Ability to analyze data and present findings * Self-starter with strong business acumen; unquestionable integrity and honesty
