As a Recruiting / Office Coordinator, you will take the lead on growing our culture and recruiting operations to help us become a more lean and effective, world-class organization.
- Manage all administrative office projects, including managing vendor relationships, office supplies and equipment, employee onboarding, security badge administration, safety prepardness, onsite catering, greeting guests, and answering main telephone line
- Streamline operational practices and procedures within the office to ensure that the office operates smoothly, while maintaining a dynamic and fun office enviornment
- Organize and coordinate internal & external company events including onsite interviews, client events and internal meetings or offsites
- Assist in development of recruiting processes, including refining the scheduling workflow and generating new ideas for betting sourcing and recruiting practices
- Oversee new employee onboarding experience, including communicating first day expectations and ensuring changes are updated to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an office coordinator, recruiting coordinator, or administrative assistant in a professional environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong interpersonal oral & written communications skills
- Ability to work with senior management and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.)
