Summary
The Training Success Specialist is responsible for scheduling, logistics, and reporting of training managed by the Education team. The Training Success Specialist must have a customer-service focus and be able to represent the Education team in a professional manner with all co-workers, customers and partners. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize resources, and highly developed organizational skills are required, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage all functions associated with delivering best-in-class learning experiences including pre-class, day of, and post-training support * Act as primary contact for trainees and facilitate professional communication with all customers, internal and external * Manage logistics including class registration, materials, customer lounge, etc. * Aggregate training related metrics like class fill rate, CSAT scores, content adoption, renewal rates and design reports and dashboards communicating results * Schedule trainers and classroom resources for instructor-led sessions * Maintain course catalog documents and work with marketing to maintain Education brochures and white papers * Manage product inventory including stock availability, class attendance, billing, and ecommerce * Proactively communicate and work with a variety of team members to ensure training success, which may include Sales, Services, and other Customer-centric teams * Input and update class/course documentation in a timely manner with accuracy and ensures participants have access to content associated with purchase * Function as an LMS admin for multiple delivery applications * Track and manage customer certification program and survey results, alerting Education members when action is needed * Coordinate virtual training sessions, occasionally contributing to monthly WebEx sessions * Facilitate and automate surveys and welcome letters * Prepare and submit expense reports on time and within budget * Attend team meetings, provide recaps, and action item list * Coordinate projects assigned by management with continuous follow-up on delegated items to effectively keep the Education team aligned and focused * Serve as back-up for the Partner Certification Program * Provide support and act as back-up to the Services Resource Manager * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrated experience as a Training Coordinator or equivalent (project management, event planning, or resource management) * Ability to capture and use analytics when proposing new ideas * Experience with creating dashboards and reports * Ability to work independently and exercise a high degree of detail orientation * Experience as an LMS administrator or equivalent experience * Ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment, initiative and follow-through * High confidence level in addressing unplanned or short-notice issues requiring sound judgment and limited direction, and recognize opportunities for process improvement * Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to interact comfortably, effectively and professionally with a wide variety of audiences including: Trainers, Customers, Vendors, Subject Matter Experts, Management and Peers as appropriate * Experience using applications like WebEx to deliver training virtually * Open to feedback and adapt effectively and professionally to change, and a willingness to take on new challenges * Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); demonstrated ability to learning new technology applications * Track record
