We currently have an opening for an Executive Assistant to work with Private Equity/M&A group in our New York City Headquarters.
- Right hand person to our Partner of the Private Equity/M&A Group
- Coordinate and handle all aspects of international and domestic travel arrangements
- Update and maintain partner contacts in Outlook
- Scheduling and calendar management, distributing agendas and publishing minutes; coordinate meeting schedules to minimize conflicts; confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary
- Coordinate conference calls and video conferences
- Prepare memos, letters and other documents; communicate information expediently
- Prepare and process expense reports
- Develop and maintain databases
- Coordinate with other partners as well as business development and marketing teams to obtain client and prospect information
- Work with the marketing team to access requested information from firm subscribed data sources
- Assist with Client Billing
- Assist with Presentation and Proposal Development
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience
- Previous experience in a professional services firm preferred;
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Intermediate to advanced level skills using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and problem solve;
- Professional, calm demeanor and appearance necessary at all times
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Must be flexible and available to work overtime as needed. Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
