Summary
As a Relativity Community Program Manager you will be responsible for industry-leading experiences that inform, educate, and grow the Relativity community. Working under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment, you will lead the growth in community engagement efforts through our customer portal while working with a wide variety of internal teams to develop Relativity-specific content that supports a range of physical events and online programs.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the community manager for the Relativity Customer Portal responsible for creating superior online engagement and industry-leading user experiences * Lead efforts to deliver the next generation of online community engagement, working collaboratively with kCura IT, the platform vendor, and an external community agency service provider to execute on the strategy and goals for the portal * Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement content plan that ultimately exceeds the expectations of our users and reduces requests for kCura’s Customer Success team * Proactively lead internal content reviews to determines any gaps in the content available in the Relativity Customer Portal * Liaise with internal teams to ensure engagement is strong with the content and community conversations taking place in the Relativity customer portal * Ensure the ongoing health and wellness of the online community, facilitating connections and conversations while driving continuous changes through analyzing detailed portal metrics * Develop welcome wagon and advocates programs as ways to drive superior egagement * Create both detailed reports and high level executive summaries that summarize up-to-date metrics for the customer portal * Manage the internal content creation process, working closely with the Program Manager responsible for overall content curation for community and event programs * Contribute internally-developed content for Relativity’s user conference, global roadshows programs, and industry tradeshow events * Manages internal speaker relationships, including check ins and reviews to ensure strong presentations to our customers * Drives internal Relativity content strategy with all internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Product Development & Customer Success * Ensures appropriate Relativity product representation aligned with persona-driven content tracks * Coordinates lab & product release content tied to community and event programs * Ensure consistency of experience and message across multiple community engagement platforms * Ensure that community and content strategies are aligned with kCura’s strategic objectives * Maintains strong communications and develops relationships with stakeholders, including attendees, kCura staff, speakers and vendor partners * Work closely with kCura’s marketing communication team to implement approved communication strategies * Keep up with current community trends and technology, make recommendations as appropriate * Conduct systems analysis and recommend changes in policies and procedures in order to improve operations * Manage issues of diverse and ambiguous scope which require evaluation of a variety of factors and current business trends * Provide development expertise to team members through education and review * Act as team advisor and may become actively involved in meeting project objectives and resolving problems
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor's Degree or equilavent experience * Demonstrated success managing online communities with platforms such as the Salesforce Community Cloud or JiveX * Experience leading internal content development for customer engagement and event marketing programs with multiple stakeholders; software industry and/or e-discovery experience a plus * Experience with online call for topics for proprietary user conferences and industry events * Exposure to onsite event logistics and/or working with event marketing managers * Experience coordinating and motivating teams * Superior project management skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to create and deliver executive-ready presentations * Proven history of initiative, creativity, and self-motivation * Superb organizational skills; able to deftly manage multiple projects simultaneously * Superior collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams * Expert-level proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, team environment with quickly shifting priorities
