Summary
Logicworks, having just completed a recapitalization and growth investment in the amount of $135MM, is seeking to hire an experienced executive administrative professional to support the CEO and the company’s executive management team.
Responsibilities
* Provides executive, administrative and analytical support to the Executive and the management team to ensure timely and effective communications between the Executive and stakeholders, both internal and external. * Manage multifaceted department logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences, including travel arrangements. * Prioritize and handle internal and external correspondence. * Exercises independent judgment in bringing information and issues relating to the operations of the department to the attention of the Executive. * Represents the Executive in his/her absence for the purpose of addressing matters that require immediate attention. * Carries out major assignments in conducting the operations of the business, works on special projects as assigned, and performs other duties as necessary. * Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 Years of solid executive assistant experience supporting a C-Suite executive, preferably from rapid-growth companies in the information technology industry. * Ability to prioritize work and support multiple personnel simultaneously with demonstrated sound judgment handling competing priorities and potential conflicts. * Ability to interact with and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. * Strong capacity to manage own performance independently and effectively, exhibiting excellent time management, strong organization and detail orientation. * Proven sense of urgency, with the ability to identify and articulate issues, offer solutions and follow-through to resolution. * Customer-centric orientation focused on anticipating and meeting internal partner and external customer needs with excellent verbal and written communication skills * Professional, discreet and sensitive to confidentiality at all times * Specific skills including: * Microsoft Office Skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint * Reporting Skills * Scheduling of Meetings * Dinner Arrangements * Presentation Skills * Planning Travel Logistics * Event Planning
