Summary
The Channels Marketing Manager applies Lytx, marketing and channel knowledge to develop and execute strategies that both reach insurance carriers, captives, brokers and value added resellers (VARs) and help them build their Lytx business. Channel Marketing responsibilities include developing effective processes, programs, training, support and tools that enable channel partners to effectively offer Lytx solutions to their customers.
Responsibilities
**Key Accountabilities will include:** * Builds a sustainable competitive advantage through enabling and activating strategic partnerships that unlock customer value and purchase convenience through the marketing and delivery of Lytx solutions. * Maximizes revenue and profit through insightful channel strategies, strong channel programs, and relationships well supported by Lytx marketing and sales * Develops channel-related marketing plans and programs, in sync with Lytx business objectives and partner capabilities **Responsibilities:** * Maintain a keen understanding of target customer preferences in selecting, procuring and using Lytx products and services, as well as the applicable sales cycle * Set channel performance goals and metrics, ensuring that marketing strategies are appropriately funded * Work with extended channels management team to develop partner pricing strategies and structure * Work with the New Product Launch Manager to develop channel strategies for new product launches * Work with Segment Development Managers to develop channel strategies and programs to support reach and revenue goals for segments * Work with Marketing, Sales and channels team to determine region- and partner-specific strategies, including support / participation in local shows and events, serving as the Lytx product and program expert * Develop, with key stakeholders, the relevant KPIs and Channels performance metrics * Ensures that channel partners have the information and tools required to effectively market and communicate the value of Lytx solutions to their customers * Develop and execute programs to assist and/or incent channel partners in the delivery of Lytx products, solutions and services
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing or related field plus 7 years of experience with in business-to-business marketing. * Experience developing scalable sales tools to support diverse channel needs * Passion for campaign & programs * Strong analytic capability * Indirect Channel marketing experience with insurance carriers and/or VARs.
