Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product marketing of one of App Annie’s product lines to our worldwide market. It’s a cross-functional role with huge room for growth and a platform to have a real impact in our organization. You will report to the Product Marketing Team Leader and work closely with the Product Management team, helping refine our development priorities and positioning. You will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy, product positioning, in-product education, launch planning, sales enablement and more.
Responsibilities
* Define the marketing roadmap, positioning our free and paid products to 7 million app professionals * Develop product positioning and customer segmentation strategies * Manage product marketing campaigns while working cross functionally with the PR, Product Management, Online Marketing and Content Marketing teams * Measure and analyze marketing initiatives and ongoing performance to quantify campaign success to identify areas for improvement * Own the marketing strategy through each product’s entire life-cycle, helping inform feature development and then work on go-to-market strategies and adoption initiatives * Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success team to create sales training and customer on-boarding materials for our customers * Work with the Marketing team to design a strong product marketing infrastructure including tour pages, case studies, user guides, nurture campaigns and more
Ideal Candidate
* 3-6 years' experience in both product marketing, with extensive experience marketing B2B tech SaaS products or mobile app products * A detailed and methodical approach to every project * Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to develop go-to-market strategy, business plans, KPIs, customer segmentation and market insights * A broad understanding of all forms of modern marketing (online performance marketing, PR, content marketing, social, SEO) and the ability to bring all of that together under one cohesive program or campaign * Excellent writing skills - you write clearly and credibly and can turn complex features into simple value propositions * A passion for analytics and apps. You recognize the importance of data behind every commercial decision, and you understand where the growth of apps and digital content is going to come * Knowledge of Salesforce * The authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
