Summary
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for owning the product marketing process, from developing the product marketing plans to driving the product launch, for all Autodesk BIM 360-branded products. You will also design and develop demand generation programs to engage and nurture leads and move free trial users into paying customers. The successful candidate must have a relentless market focus and passion for launching great products. You must have an aptitude for both creating great content and employing inbound marketing techniques to attract and engage with potential customers. You will also have proven experience collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries while driving hard for rapid results. This role requires someone who can collaborate, build relationships, but also have the courage to challenge the status quo when necessary.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate, negotiate, develop and support the execution of the BIM 360 marketing plan for all geographies. * Create the launch plan ensuring all departments are prepared for product releases. Manage the product launch meetings and ensure receipt of all product marketing deliverables. Create and coordinate review of product launch documents with Product Management, Sales, and other product team members. * Develop web site copy, imagery, positioning and messaging for BIM 360 web properties. Measure inbound marketing metrics for content and website effectiveness. * Develop profiles of key buyers including demographics, attitudes, motivations, technology knowledge and business functions. * Create messaging from positioning documents for BIM 360 products. * Collaborate with and support the technical marketing team in the development of product sales tools and marketing materials, including standard product presentations and scripts that can be used by the sales team in a typical sales process. * Develop buyer’s journeys to guide the marketing strategy and planning. * Track and analyze website traffic and digital program effectiveness to determine ROI and prioritize resources. * Constantly research and find creative lead generation channels, properties, communities and technology to drive more qualified leads and segment them to optimize results. * Improve on-site conversions via landing pages you create and manage and sign-up flow optimizations by running a world-class test and learn process. * Leverage campaign assets in multiple ways to drive sign-ups for product trials.
Ideal Candidate
**You are the perfect candidate for this role if:** * You have a passion for launching B2B software applications, connecting customer needs with product capabilities, and getting the word out to the world. * You are a wizard with marketing automation software (Marketo, Hubspot) and love to use various B2B marketing tech to move prospects through the buyer’s journey. * You are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment. * You enjoy solving problems and are good at crafting solutions. * You like getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done. * You communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional groups and senior management. **Skills and Profile** * 2-5 years experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles * Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) Industry highly desirable, but not required * Experienced in working with a variety of marketing technical systems, including Marketing Automation Systems such as Hubspot and Marketo, and CRM systems such as Salesforce.com * Extremely strong interpersonal skills. Must be sharp, energetic, assertive, and results-oriented. Able to prioritize and focus in a rapidly evolving environment. * Some domestic travel may be required, up to 15%
