- Provide expediting support for engineered and fabricated equipment contracts supporting multiple Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
- Monitor, track and report on contract deliverables to the quality, objectives, timeframes and manner specified within EPC, commercial and technical contracts.
- Interface with Kiewit project personnel to understand material and submittal requirements, milestones and schedule.
- Develop expediting plans and establish communication with vendors during contract negotiation; take appropriate action to expedite materials until contract closeout.
- Track and report vendor liquidated damages.
- Work closely with vendor document control to ensure timely entry and return of vendor deliverables.
- Assist project controls analysts in updating and maintaining project schedules with regards to procurement.
- Attend project meetings to assist in gathering information for the design development process.
- Assist in developing projections for projects.
- Highly organized with demonstrated written and oral communications skills
- Strong follow-through abilities and a willingness to provide excellent customer service
- Associate’s degree in Business related field and/or four-five years’ project related experience
- Proficient computer knowledge, data entry skills, with Microsoft Word and Excel expertise
- Knowledgeable of commercial terms and conditions as applicable to contract management
- Contract administration, engineering or construction background is preferred
- Exposure to database environments such as Access, SharePoint and Primavera scheduling software is preferred
