Summary
The HR Systems Coordinator is responsible for interacting with associates across the company while managing daily operational activities to ensure all HR data is maintained accurately and confidentially. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to stores and other internal customers related to HR data, issue (ticket) management/troubleshooting, and detailed entry of data.
Responsibilities
* Ensure files are received and the daily maintenance tasks are completed on time. * Audit new hire and HR related status change data to ensure validity, accuracy and completeness prior to execution. * Manage the HR Systems tickets received and take action to resolve. * Follow up with 3rd party support on pending cases. * Provide back-up support for other team members as assigned. * Continue to expand systems knowledge through training and educational opportunities. * Participate in special projects within or outside the HR Systems arena, as directed by supervisor.
Ideal Candidate
* Must be detail oriented and highly organized * Able to track and work through multiple tasks swiftly and simultaneously * Passion for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry * Effective verbal, written and communication skills * Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) * Naturally curious with ability to identify trending system issues and notify supervisor for further investigation * High degree of initiative * Shows sound judgment when taking action to resolve issues * Able to complete activities with training and some oversight * Works comfortably in team environment * Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality * Experience with HR SaaS (Cloud) applications is beneficial but not required (ADP Enterprise, Successfactors) * Comfortable navigating web browser and working on web based applications * Associates degree, Technical degree, or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
